This required a great deal of understanding between you and the customer while on the phone.

Teamwork. As a member of a team in our account, i have learned the value of teamwork. We know each other's strenghts and weaknesses and do our best to help each other, balancing the metrics of our team with the guide of our Operation Supervisor.

Customer Focus. In my position as a Technical Support Representative at Verizon we were required to assist the customer with the best way we can. It became clear that many of our customers were calling because all they wanted is our help. We can provide a quality call by making them feel that you understand their situation and by showing them your willingness to help.

Typing. 40 words per minute with the accuracy of 95 percent.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

As a Sangguniang Kabataan council member, one of our major duties is to help our young constituents to be productive in our community and to lead them away from troubles and drugs. We do this by organizing different sports activities and cultural affairs. We aslo gives scholarship grants to the deserving youths of our barangay. We also conduct different seminars about team building, youth empowerment, and adulthood preparation.
